The founder of ‘NETWORK’, namely Mr. Ozdemir ICIN , was the founder and managing director of one of the leading agencies in Turkey since 1990. Providing students high quality service with a professional and caring approach had resulted in years of great success but there was still a lot to be achieved. In this fast-changing world, one would need to remain aware of the changes taking place in the market and in the needs of prospective students, so that one could respond with even more effective advertising, counselling and selling strategies.

Since implementing new ideas required full autonomy in the decision-making process, it became inevitable for him to separate from his business partner after 15 years, and make use of his experience and expertise under a new, independent company name with a new vision and exciting business model. Hence, the founding of ‘NETWORK Educational Services’ towards the end of 2004 .

‘NETWORK’ provides reliable information on study abroad opportunities which includes undergraduate & postgraduate programs, vocational studies, certificate & diploma programs, language studies and summer schools for juniors. We have many partner institutions in such countries as the UK, the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Malta. Our well-trained counselors, who studied abroad at least two years, have each been in this industry for at least five years. The ‘NETWORK’ Head Office in Istanbul is in the heart of the popular Taksim district, which is very close to such institutions as Bosphorus University, Istanbul Technical University, Yildiz University, Istanbul University, British Council, American Fullbright Office, the Australian Trade Commission and Canadian Education Centre (CEC). Since our aim is to reach as many eligible students as possible, ‘NETWORK’ will open strategically-located offices in other major districts of Istanbul, a giant metropolis with a population of 12 million and full of leading public and private universities, colleges and high schools.

Also, upcoming ‘NETWORK’ will open a network of branches in other key cities throughout Turkey, to ensure that its dynamic service approach will achieve national reach. Our Ankara , the Capital, and Izmir offices have already been opened; and the others will follow soon.

Now, ‘NETWORK’ is also a co-founder of ‘IEFT’ ‘International Educational Fairs of Turkey’ , since Mr. Icin is one of the three co-founders of it. IEFT organizes the biggest international education exhibitions in Turkey. Twice a year in Spring and in the Fall. IEFT ( www.ieft.net ) circuits host institutions from around the world who wish to recruit viable, eager and successful Turkish students. Each exhibition attracts more than 100 schools from around the globe and more than 12,000 students throughout Turkey.

In addition to promotional activities such as the IEFT events and direct marketing, we have an intense newspaper advertising campaign in place to further penetrate the market. Also, we publish an annual ‘NETWORK Study Abroad Magazine’ and distribute at least 15,000 copies per year to the prospective students free-of-charge. Another important marketing activity of ours is the seminars. We host our partner institutions in our offices to conduct seminars/student-interviews. This strengthens our partnership and increases the visibility of the institution in the market.

Last but not least, NETWORK provides all services to its students free-of-charge. The package service a student gets includes consultancy, making and following-up the applications, visa application, accommodation arrangement and the flight reservations.
